SFCC Copilot ("we", "our", or "us") is a Chrome Extension developed by Habib Enterprises Technology. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the SFCC Copilot extension.

Data We Do Not Collect

SFCC Copilot does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to our servers. We do not track usage, browsing history, or any personal data.

Data Stored Locally

The following information is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) and never leaves your device to our servers:

• Your SFCC instance Base URL
• Your SFCC API Client ID and Client Secret
• Your SFCC Copilot license key
• Your preferred API version

This data is used solely to authenticate with your own Salesforce Commerce Cloud instance and to validate your license.

Data Sent to Third Parties

When you use SFCC Copilot, the following data is transmitted:

• To our backend (Railway): Your natural language prompt, conversation history, license key, and SFCC credentials — solely to process your request and execute OCAPI calls on your behalf. We do not log or store this data.
• To your SFCC instance: API requests to create or retrieve promotions, campaigns, and coupons — using your own credentials against your own instance.
• To Anthropic: Your prompts are processed by Claude (Anthropic's AI) to interpret your requests. Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy.

No Data Sales

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

Security

Your SFCC credentials are stored only in your browser's local storage. All communication between the extension and our backend uses HTTPS.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page.
